      Requirements

      1、Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Design;

       

      2、Ability to independently execute exterior design tasks for complete vehicle projects;

       

      3、Minimum 3 years of experience in the transportation design industry (two-wheeled electric vehicles (e-bikes) or motorcycle design experience preferred);

       

      4、Strong verbal communication skills, proficiency in industry-standard design software, and advanced freehand sketching capabilities;

       

      5、Solid understanding of product structures, materials, and manufacturing processes;

       

      6、High execution efficiency, exceptional team player mindset, and a proactive and collaborative personality;

      Description

      Job Responsibilities:

       

      Colorway Design: Develop cohesive color schemes for complete vehicles and components, aligning with brand identity and market trends.

       

      Livery/Decal Design: Create dynamic graphics, striping, and branding elements for vehicle exteriors/interiors.

       

      Logo & Branding Integration: Design and adapt logos to ensure visual harmony with vehicle surfaces and ergonomics.

       

      Decal Prototyping: Produce 3D/2D decal models for fitment validation (e.g., wrap adhesion simulations).

       

      CMF Design: Select and design materials, textures, and surface finishes (e.g., gloss/matte coatings, grain patterns) balancing aesthetics and functionality.


      Compensation Package:

       

      Monthly Salary: 12,000 - 20,000 RMB

       

      Incentive Structure: Project-based bonuses


      Requirements

      1、Proficiency in 2D design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with 3D software is a strong advantage.

       

      2、Transportation industry CMF design experience preferred (e.g., automotive, aerospace).

       

      3、Solid understanding of color theory and demonstrated strong aesthetic sensibility.

       

      4、Knowledge of material properties and trend awareness (e.g., sustainable materials, surface finish innovations).

       

      Bonus Qualifications:

       

      Prior experience in automotive R&D, manufacturing, or auto components industries.
